Rishu is an internationally certified yoga teacher and ISSA-certified personal trainer based in Bangalore, with over 11 years of dedicated practice and teaching. Her approach blends the discipline of Ashtanga yoga with the grounded philosophy of Hatha yoga — creating sessions that are both challenging and deeply restorative.
She has worked closely with students managing PCOD, chronic back pain, arthritis, hypertension and diabetes — crafting sequences that meet each body exactly where it is. She brings yoga to corporate offices and schools across Bangalore, and teaches students online worldwide.
